Every carer trains at the Soma Healthcare Academy. The curriculum covers your role and personal development, duty of care, equality and diversity, privacy and dignity, communication, person-centred working, mental health, dementia and learning disabilities, fluids and nutrition, basic life support, safeguarding adults and children, health and safety, infection control, moving and handling, handling information, and record and report.
